Amber, RD: I love food! But, as a dietitian I am constantly balancing my desire to eat healthy with my desire to eat a dozen cookies in one sitting. My philosophy is that we could live forever if we ate a perfect diet, but who wants to go 100 years without treating yourself? I mean, sometimes you just need a good piece of cake! But only sometimes! :)
